We maintain a well-balanced herd of Red Angus bulls and cows, strengthened by the addition of proven outcross genetics. As registered and commercial cattlemen, we understand how important genetic diversity is in meeting the evolving demands of today’s beef industry. We have traveled many miles in search of the right genetics, always selecting cattle based on function and longevity rather than chasing fads or trends.

Our selection of herd sires is driven by real-world performance—evaluating the cow family, the sire, and the overall structure of each animal to determine what they truly add to a breeding program. Decisions are made on more than just numbers on paper; soundness, maternal strength, and practical usability matter most to us—not just EPDs.

We believe that whether cattle are raised for commercial or purebred operations, they must be proven under real ranch conditions. Each animal is expected to be efficient, low-maintenance, and durable, with sound feet, strong udders, and reliable breeding capability. Our cattle are tested in a wide range of environmental extremes, from forty-below winter temperatures to summer heat and humidity. Through it all, our cows must adapt and consistently raise a quality calf—without the use of creep feed.
